RUF CTR3 (โปรดชม Clip video ด้านล่าง)
Exactly 20 years after the legendary CTR “Yellowbird” and 10 years after thesecond CTR, RUF announces the all new CTR3. The CTR3 was presented in April2007. While the first two CTR generations still had their engines in the rear, the new CTR 3 has a mid engine design. However, one thing that the CTR 3 has incommon with its two predecessors is that it is a pure driving machine. The CTR 3 is a driving machine for the active driver. The design inspiration derived fromGerman race coupes of the 30th and 50th.
RUF has 30 years of experience with turbo charged boxer engines. The CTR 3’s twin turbo charged 3.8 litreflat six cylinder engine has an outputof 700 hp at 7000 rpm. The maximum torque is 980 Nm (657 ft/lbs) at 4000 rpm. This engine design combines a compact construction with high performance. Eachturbo charger is provided with an intercooler which is placed in front of eachrear wheel. The sequential shift 6 speed gearbox in the CTR3 is a new design andis transverse mounted, which can manage torque up to 1200 Nm (885 ft/lbs).
RUF Rt 12 S
We are pleased to present a new dimension in driving pleasure, its name is the RUF Rt 12 S. This high performance sports car unites top end driving performance with everyday motoring capabilities. The biturbo boxer engine has been further developed to deliver an impressive 504 kW (685 PS) together with a maximum delivered torque of 880 Nm to satisfy the most demanding customer demands. RUF has developed a roll-cage which is integrated into the headlining. This is of course a standard fitment. Additional LEDs for the indicators and sidelights add to the, typical for RUF, dynamic design of the nose. A discreet rear spoiler made of carbon fibre is integrated seamlessly into the widened rear end of the vehicle. Special air intakes and rear view mirrors from the RUF CTR 3 round off the optical appearance of the Rt 12 S. Forged 19 inch light alloy wheels are fitted to the Rt 12 S. The ceramic brake discs visible behind the wheels give credence to the high performance brake system fitted as standard. The chassis in tandem with the aerodynamics are designed to enable a top speed of 360 km/h. A hydraulic variable-height front axle is also available as an optional fitment. With this system the driver is able, at the press of a button, to increase the ground clearance of the vehicle by 50 millimetre. With this system such obstacles as underground garages and kerbs are no longer a hinderance. The vehicle interior is constructed with the well known RUF functionality. Strongly contoured racing or comfortable sports seats can be combined with a non-slip sports steering wheel to offer the best ergonomics for long distance driving. The Rt 12 S is a available in paint, aluminium or carbon options thereby giving the customer significant choice in the appearance of his vehicle. The RUF Rt 12 S Coupe can be supplied as rear-wheel or four-wheel drive.

RUF RGT8
Almost 10 years ago to the day, RUF began to fill niches in the market with the, at that time new, water-cooled Porsche models. The first RUF RGT was based on the Porsche 996. It used the 3.6 litre engine from the GT3 as the base with the crankcase from the air-cooled 3.6 litre engines. The engine delivered 283kW (385bhp). The car itself ran on 18 inch RUF alloy wheels and the narrow body was optimized aerodynamically. The vehicle was fitted with a discrete but functional integrated roll cage. In 2004 the story continued, this time based on the Porsche 997. Immediately recognizable by the screwed-on carbon composite fender extensions both front and rear. The power plant was a naturally aspirated 3.8 litre unit delivering 327 kW (445bhp). A dry-sump oil system ensured sufficient lubrication even under tough racing conditions. A roll-cage was fitted as standard ensuring a high level of passive safety. The RGT was supplied with a chassis optimized for the race track and ran on 19 inch alloy wheels. March 2010 and the time is right for RUF to announce the next generation of RGT, the RGT-8. This spectacular prototype vehicle is powered by a completely new RUF designed V8 engine with a 180 degree crankshaft “Flatcrank”. Four valves arranged spherically together with multipoint fuel injection ensure optimal mixture conditions while the dry-sump system supplies the necessary lubrication. The lightweight engine has a very compact design, has a capacity of 4.5 litres arranged as a V8 and delivers 404kW (550bhp) @ 8500 rpm and complements with a maximum torque of 500Nm @ 5400rpm. At all stages of the design process, compactness and weight saving were of priority, the result of which is a total engine weight of less than 200kg. A 6speed gearbox with shortened gear shift movement transfers the power to the rear axle. To ensure the best adhesion characteristics, the RGT-8 is supplied with Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tires running on 19 inch RUF forged alloy wheels utilizing a single central retaining nut. The powertrain is rounded off with sturdy ceramic brakes as standard for optimal braking. The current Porsche 911 forms the basis for the RGT-8 chassis which is then further optimized with bodywork components from RUF. As always, an integrated roll-cage is supplied delivering increased chassis stability and passive safety. In addition, we are pleased to offer a Frere package which enhances the standard vehicle with special front fenders, nose and dashboard components. The styling was inspired by the 550 Coupe with which Paul Frere, the Belgian race deriver, won the best of class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1953. The RUF RGT-8 production start is planned for 2011.

The fundamental ideas that led RUF to develop an electrically driven vehicle came from Alois Ruf. The head of the automobile manufacturer had a vision of a simple energy transfer concept: The energy of his hydroelectric power plants could also propel the eRUF. The symbiosis of two leading companies – Siemens as a leader in the electric industry and RUF in the automobile industry – will leverage the best possible synergies for the future of electro mobility. Siemens Corporate Technology has developed a power train for the eRUF Roadster. Thus, a preliminary version of the concept for the innovative eDrive from Siemens was already be on display in Geneva. While the vehicle to be presented in Geneva is still equipped with a single motor with a power output of 270 kW and 950 Nm torque (695 ft/lbs), the following version will be produced as a small series with Ruf as a double motor concept with the innovative integral eDrive. As such, the e RUF will be the electric vehicle fitted with a bi-directional network connection, which – without the otherwise necessary additional recharging electronics – is capable to be recharged in less than an hour at a 400-volt power outlet – and can use the same power outlet to feed energy back into the power network if required. The open sports car’s body has a removable roof system with a soft rear window and a sleeker windshield. The small series planned on the basis of this concept by RUF is expected to hit the streets in 2010. This model is offered as R-Roadster with 400hp combustion engine and Rt-Roadster with 560hp turbo engine.
